Your 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
At Jacques Lambert, we are confident in the quality of our sweaters. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have the right to return products within **30 days** of receiving them for a full refund or exchange.
Our UK Returns Process
Our process is straightforward and designed with your convenience in mind.
1. Â **Initiate Your Return:** Contact our customer service team by email at **returns@jacqueslambert.co.uk** to notify us of your return and request a pre-paid returns label. Please include your order number.
2. Â **Return Your Items:** Using the provided label, send your return to our UK returns centre. Items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all original tags attached.
3. Â **Receive Your Refund:** Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within **5 working days**. For exchanges, your new item will be dispatched promptly.
**Return Shipping**
*  For returns due to change of mind, we deduct a flat **£5.95** return shipping fee from your refund to cover the cost of the pre-paid label and processing.
* Â If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item), we will cover all return shipping costs at no charge to you. Please contact us immediately.
**Important Conditions**
* Â Items must be returned in original, saleable condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
* Â For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, or on any underwear, swimwear, or socks if the hygiene seal is broken.

**Cancel Your Order**
You may cancel your order free of charge within **14 days** of receipt for a full refund, in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. To cancel, please email **support@jacqueslambert.co.uk** with your order details.
**Damaged or Incorrect Items**
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please do not worry. Contact us immediately at **support@jacqueslambert.co.uk** with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a free return and a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
**Exchanges**
We aim to make exchanges simple. Please initiate a return for the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired size or colour on our website. We will process your refund as soon as the return is received.
